India will host the India - AI Impact Summit in 2026 to shape a future-oriented agenda for impactful Artificial Intelligence (AI) cooperation and mark a strategic shift from "Action" to "Impact". The summit aims to ensure that AI serves as a catalyst for inclusive human development, environmental sustainability, and equitable progress worldwide, bridging the Global AI Divide through concrete multilateral action and enabling AI to strengthen communities, protect our planet, and accelerate progress toward a just and sustainable future for all humanity.

This Call for Proposals invites organizations worldwide to host events which will be included in the official Summit program for the India - AI Impact Summit 2026. The events must be conducted in person at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from 16th February to 20th February 2026. Organizations are encouraged to design sessions that align with the Summit’s themes, foster diverse participation, and generate actionable insights or outcomes that strengthen the global dialogue on AI for People, Planet, and Progress.

The Summit will be structured around seven core themes or Chakras: Human Capital, Inclusion for Social Empowerment, Safe and Trusted AI, Resilience, Innovation, and Efficiency, Science, Democratizing AI Resources, and AI for Economic Growth and Social Good.

By hosting events at the Summit, organizations can play a meaningful role in shaping its deliberations and driving outcomes that advance impactful and globally relevant discourse on AI.
